Membership drive successful

On the 31st March a successful meeting was held at the Flight Deck Bar to encourage more members to join MACCI.

About 60 people attended, including people from the surrounding community like Grange Road.

Rob Simpson spoke about the value of MACCI and that with more members it will have a greater voice regarding issues of the airport development plan.  Councillor Davies also spoke about some important legal changes that are imminent and pertinent to Covid recovery of businesses and also highlighted that complacency is not an option with the release of the Master Plan due mid April. It was requested that individuals review the plan and make their own submissions as well as MACCI.

The next meeting will be announced soon and will include another speaker.
